Will you join us for OASIS- Reset, Restore, Refresh on Deck Retreat?

From 10am -1pm, Sunday June 26 we will shed stress, tame tension & unwind worry via nervous system release techniques, therapeutic movement to release neuromuscular & fascial holding patterns followed by a guided relaxation meditation accompanied by the lovely SoundBath healing. Then we will refresh with light snacks, drinks & community time.

Yep, I'll address "the elephant in the room"- the weather forecast indicates HEAT.

The movement will not be strenuous like Pilates can be, rather it is intended to be gentle & therapeutic, so the heat is likely to help keep our muscles warm & supple. Also, as you can see from the picture above, when we relax in the guided meditation & sound bath, our body slows down enough that we often get chilly & need to cover up with the wool blankets- so again the heat is not likely to be a problem.
