I will help you make Pilates a permanent, positive part of your life. My joy comes from sharing this powerful method to encourage, support and inspire you to go beyond your expectations.

Your initial session includes a discussion about your health and movement history, issues such as past injuries and chronic conditions, and your goals. I’ll develop a Pilates plan that reflects your unique needs. 

One-on-one  training
I will lead you through a customized 50-minute mat session or a workout on my versatile Pilates equipment. As you get stronger, I will adjust your workout accordingly. My job is to keep you challenged whatever your age, weight, and current level of ability.

In addition, I offer specialized shorter sessions that can be completed as needed or in between your longer workouts.  Focus/Stretching is a challenging mat session designed to loosen and elongate muscles. Focus/Alignment will bring your spine "back into warranty." If you spend a lot of time in the car, in front of a keyboard, or playing sports, feel the difference a Focus session can make.

If you travel and don't want to miss a session, ask me about virtual training through Zoom video conferencing.

Private classes for small groups
If you enjoy working out with friends, don’t get lost in a crowd. I teach mat classes for up to four people in my studio. Weather permitting, I can teach up to 15 students on my deck. The best part? You pick the people!

Pricing
  • Individual 50-minute sessions: $95*
  • Series of 5 sessions: $450
  • Series of 10 sessions: $850
  • Series of 10 “duet”/ semi-private sessions: $600 per person for you and the workout partner(s) of your choice.
  • Individual 25-minute focus session: $55
  • Call for pricing on small group mat classes in studio or on the deck.
  • Gift certificates for any amount.
* First-time students qualify for a $65 orientation session.

Each 50-minute session will consist of exercises on the mat, the Cadillac, the Wunda Chair and the Reformer. I provide mats and all equipment.

Download the PDF  containing the "core" questions and a release form. Bring all these pages with you.

Refund Policy
Should your plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text
​626-390-0549.
Please note that a cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your session forfeits your fee.

A few reminders
  • Wear close-fitting, comfortable workout attire so I can see your alignment and posture. No baggy clothes!
  • Pull back long hair.
  • Leave any dangling or sharp jewelry at home.
  • Everyone works out in socks—the ones with grips are good, but plain-vanilla athletic socks are fine. 
  • Make sure to be well hydrated to avoid muscle cramping. I provide the equipment and water as well.
