As a dancer and musical theater performer for more than two decades, I pushed my body as hard as any professional athlete. Along the way, I discovered the benefits of Pilates.

Since 2001, I have created personalized workouts for teens and adults using the techniques created by Joseph Pilates. Even people with injuries or chronic conditions can benefit from this time-tested regimen.

Pilates is not a fad or a quick fix, but a proven way to improve your body—and your quality of life.

The Eaton wildfire may have taken my physical studio, but it didn’t take my passion, my purpose, or my commitment to YOU. I’m beyond grateful to continue serving new and existing clients in the Zoom virtual studio while I explore new locations and rebuild. And perhaps this is divine timing—just as I step fully into my expanded role as a Lisa Nichols Certified Transformational Trainer, deepening my mission to support resilience, renewal, and transformation for body and soul.

Our journey together begins when you enroll in RECLAIM YOUR BODY, RECLAIM YOUR LIFE!

​In twelve weeks you will discover how to bring your spine back into warranty and with it your life. You will learn how to bring power back to your core, reclaim your posture and create habits that allow you to alleviate pain, increase energy and live the life of strength and joy you deeply desire and ABSolutely ;-p deserve! You will increase your vitality and understand how to apply healthy body mechanics throughout your day- enabling you to confidently trust your body to serve and elevate the quality of your life. 

Along the way there are opportunities for additional support via private and semi-private sessions as well as other transformative programs: DE-STRESS TO AVOID DISTRESS and GROW + SANCTUARY which includes restorative “on deck” retreats. 

 Joseph Pilates wrote “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.” True!  How can you be happy if you are struggling with chronic pain and fatigue? Or when you can not trust your body to support you doing the things that spark joy, let alone basic daily life tasks?

Physical fitness is not defined by a number on the scale or an ideal, specific set of body measurements. As Joe Pilates wrote “Our interpretation of physical fitness is the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind, fully capable of naturally, easily, and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure.”  I want that for you and I can help you have  it!
