"I was very surprised with my results. After starting the program I was actively, consistently doing it. I created a habit of doing Pilates and combined it with rowing - doing them on a consistent basis. What was really surprising to me was that I stopped having the back pain completely. With rowing you have to have good posture or you can really hurt yourself doing it. After I started the program I became more aware of what I was doing- how to do it more effectively. It carried over to other places- I became more aware of how I was sitting at work and started bending from my hips instead of from my waist like you taught us. So once I started seeing really good benefits in my personal life, then I was like 'oh, I really have to keep doing this'."
