Yes “we need the rain”- but I needed a few days without rain for the deck to dry & to host my Recalibrate for reNEWal in 2023 Retreat & I got it!
Great turn out to the retreat:
made new friends helped more people!
reunion of some of the first participants in my RECLAIM your body, reclaim your LIFE program!
most participants stress level dropped 2-3 points just after the nervous system nurture work!
by the time the sound bath was completed & we were enjoying snacks & Prosecco ALL were mellow!
one participant, who is a therapist, said “You should market this to all therapists!
another participant said “My stress level has stayed lower than it used to be ever since the last on deck retreat I attended!”
I get to do work that helps people FEEL BETTER right away & IMPROVES their LIFE for the long run!
